Lynn Pieper Lewis
Founder & CEO @Gilmartin Group
Lynn founded Gilmartin Group with the belief that companies deserve better advice. She has spent the bulk of her career on Wall Street, accumulating 20 years of experience writing research, analyzing and advising entities in the healthcare industry. Having created and executed investor relations programs and strategies for over 50 companies at various stages of development, Lynn has a proven track record of success. She is actively involved with her clients, enabling companies to effectively communicate their business strategy, operational goals, and financial profile to Wall Street constituents. Prior to founding Gilmartin Group, Lynn spent much of the last decade as a Managing Director at Westwicke Partners offering strategic counsel to public and private entities, with specific emphasis on medical technology, diagnostics and life sciences. She has advised on capital markets and IPO readiness, working with some of the most successful IPOs in the medical technology sector.
Annie Wernig
Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking @J.P. Morgan
Annie Wernig is a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group, focused on the Medical Device sector. Annie joined J.P. Morgan in 2013 and has primarily covered the medtech landscape. She advises clients across M&A and capital raising transactions, including private placements, IPOs and follow-on offerings as well as debt offerings. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Benjamin Burdett
Managing Director, Healthcare Equity Capital Markets @J.P. Morgan
Ben Burdett is a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan’s Equity Capital Markets Group. Ben relocated to San Francisco to lead the origination and execution of equity offerings for companies in the healthcare sector in 2015. Ben began his career with J.P. Morgan in New York in 2005. He works on a variety of equity mandates ranging from structuring and executing initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and specialized capital raising alternatives. His client coverage includes a range of emerging and established healthcare companies. Ben holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
